Answer:           I hope the work you see on display here speaks for itself.  And, I guarantee my work.  If you are not delighted with the images you see at the end of your photo session, you dont pay!   I am an experienced equestrian, horse owner, and have a lifetime of being surrounded by my animal menagerie.  This experience combined with my technical knowledge and experience in photography help me achieve the desired result of making each photograph of your animal friend unique and special.   My specialty is capturing the moments that reflect your animals, kids,  family, property, and special events naturally.

 Question:            Why digital?

Answer:           Animals and even we people can be unpredictable.  Using top of the line digital SLR equipment  allows us to take as many photos as we need and give you the best quality, the most options, and the lowest prices.  Professional digital cameras give you superior resolution, more options for color, cropping on your final prints, and huge savings since there is no film cost. Every image can be developed in full brilliant color, heirloom sepia, classic black and white, or colorized.  Our products are all unconditionally guaranteed since we can take as many photographs as necessary without the high cost of film to capture the special qualities of each subject however unpredictable.

 Question:         What products and services are available?

Answer:           With professional digital photography the only limit is imagination. DigiCLICK provides professional prints and photo composites on film quality paper, canvas, and fine art paper.  We also create photo multimedia DVD slideshows , custom photo screensavers, custom photo cards and calendars, mugs, buttons, playing cards,  and other assorted gift items.  We offer high gloss premium business cards with full color photographs that make a superb fist impression. If your animal needs to be on a lead line or leash, we can digitally remove a leash from the finished photo at  No Charge.   If you would like animals that do not get along well, in the same photograph, we can digitally composite photographs for a small additional charge.

 Ask about our composite graphics and photo collages for magazine ads, flyers, and posters.  We also offer web design and development services.

 Question:         When will my pictures be available?

Answer:            Event proofs are generally online within 4-6 days following the event.   My husband and I live in  a rural area of  Kansas and the weather ocassionally delays satellite uploads.  The event description will show when the uploads have completed. 

To insure the photographs are the quality I want to represent my work, I personally digitally retouch minor background distractions and  remove lead lines or leashes at no additional cost.   I also send all of my prints to the best professional quality print lab in the country for processing -- you'll notice the difference when you see them.    In spite of the extra work and time this takes, most prints are available to be shipped to you within 3-4 weeks when they are ordered within 20 days following an event.   Our 2006 event schedule is 100% booked and I work all of the photographs myself.  As a result, delivery times for orders placed more than 20 days after the event or during the holiday season can take significantly longer due to orders being processed for other events or on location photography sessions I have scheduled.  

If you need a print order  by a certain time be sure to contact us prior to ordering.  We appreciate your business so if possible we will do our best to accommodate your request and can let you know if that isn't possible.   I contact all customers who select expedited shipping with their orders to see what their time requirements are and give these orders priority when possible.    There may be additional fees associated with expediting an order as well if it requires additional labor and cost on our part.       

Contact us regarding questions concerning  estimated delivery times for special photo products like cards, calendars, playing cards, mousepads, mugs, etc. These are all sent to a professional print processor to insure the color and quality meet our strict requirements. 

Composite prints are artwork and the time required varies based on the complexity of the work required to complete them.  With large orders we still offer event photo DVDs  set to music on request with delivery times and price based on your time requirements and the number of photographs included on the DVD.
